Kid's Summer Reading

2024 Summer Reading starts on June 2.

First day to turn in the 25-day log is June 27.

First day to turn in the 50-day log is July 22.

Last day to turn in reading logs for a chance to win a grand prize is August 15.

Last day to turn in reading logs for a small prizes is August 31.

Reading Logs & Prize Entry

  1. Pick up a reading log at the library or print one from home.
  2. Have your child read or read to them at least 15 minutes per day.
  3. Children can color in or place a sticker on the log for each day they read.
  4. After 25 days of reading, bring the completed log back to the library for a book and a prize!
  5. Pick up a second reading log, read for 25 more days, and return the completed log for another book and prize!
  6. Kids who complete 50 days of reading will be entered into the grand prize drawing!

Grand Prize winners will be contacted after August 31. Let's get reading!
