Library cards are available to Pennington County residents at no cost and to others for a small annual fee

Register for your library card at any service desk. Present a picture ID and proof of current address

For kids under 16, a parent or guardian can help you get your own card

Check-out books, movies, audio books and magazines

Your library card provides you access to the Internet for 1 hour per day
